Raising social awareness and increasing public participation in order to guarantee the implantation, with Citizen-Port Administration consensus, of innovative solutions to the problems encountered. The following actions are to be carried out:

1.- Identification of the target population and the training and awareness needs in each location.

2.- Design of awareness-raising plans, with special attention to be paid to children.

2.1.- Public awareness raising sessions.

2.2.- Publication of graphic material.

3.- Conception of a Participation Plan.

3.1.- Selection of the most suitable participation instruments for each of the locations.

3.2.- Design of participation instruments:

- On-line participation via website

- Debate forums

- Public meetings
