07/09/07 ISO 14001 Certification of the Port of Villajoyosa.

As a result of the work carried out during the project to implement an Eco-Management System in the ports of Denia and Villajoyosa, the Regional Department of Infrastructure and Transport has achieved ISO 14001:2004 certification for the port of Villajoyosa after successfully passing the certification audit of 31 August.

Work is continuing in Denia where the Eco-management System is expected to be ready for audit by the end of the year.
